Please read the following instructions before filling the application form.

All fields marked with * are mandatory.
Scanned copy of following certificates to be uploaded:

1. Birth Certificate of the child

Name of the child must be printed on the birth certificate
Name of the parents must be same as that mentioned on the birth certificate

2. Upload Passport Size Photograph of the child

3. Upload Aadhaar Card of the child

4. Upload Address Proof (Any one of the following will be considered as Address Proof):

Aadhaar Card of Father/Mother
Driver’s License
Voter ID card
Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of either parent
Rent agreement signed in the last six months

5. ID Proof* of the parents/legal guardian
*Please note that only Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Pan Card will be considered as valid identity proof of the parents/legal guardian
Original Documents have to be produced at the time of admission for verification.
Provision of email for communication is important.

After Submitting the Online Application Form

Submit the Application Form along with a cash of Rs. 400 to the school office.
Confirmation of the Admission will be done after the acceptance of all desired documents in the school.
School reserve the right of acceptance/rejection of the application
The last date of submitting the Application form will be on or before 1^st March 2024.
